Anselmo Dionisio is an experienced planning and project control professional with a robust background in infrastructure projects, currently serving as Planning Manager at MENASCO since April 2025. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, coordinating with contractors, conducting cash flow analysis, and implementing project control systems for major developments in Saudi Arabia. Anselmo has held various positions, including Planning and Control Manager at Alstom, Senior Planning Engineer at Stoneboy Inc., and MEP Project Planning Engineer at MENASCO. Previous experience also includes roles at Sta. Clara International Corporation and EEI Corporation, focusing on baseline schedule creation and project documentation. Anselmo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Bulacan State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Construction Management at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
