Chuck Searle

Chuck Searle serves as the Senior Director, CTO, and CISO at Menasha Corporation, a position held since 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing scientific and technological issues, making strategic decisions regarding technology infrastructure, and aligning them with organizational goals. Previously, Chuck held the role of Enterprise Technology Infrastructure & Operations Manager at Menasha Corporation, focusing on data center development and management of computer hardware and networks. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Information Technology at Neenah Printing Promo Edge Companies and various technology management roles at Menasha Corporation, Duralam Inc., and Voith AG. Additionally, Chuck contributed to academia as a part-time Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. Chuck Searle holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, as well as an Associate degree from the University of New York.
