Kristin Fassbinder

Kristin Fassbinder is an experienced human resources leader with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Menasha Packaging since November 2024, Kristin previously held a series of senior HR roles at Oshkosh Corporation, including VP of Human Resources - Corporate and Sr. Director of Corporate Human Resources. Prior experience includes significant positions at Bemis Company, Inc., where Kristin was Director of HR for Global Healthcare Packaging, as well as various roles at Carters Inc. and Target. Kristin holds a degree focused on Human Resources and Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
