Brian Pascavis

Brian Pascavis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as General Manager at North Star Sheets LLC since July 2019, Pascavis also holds the position of Senior Director of Operations for the Western Region at Menasha Packaging, a role undertaken since January 2014. Additionally, previous roles at Menasha Packaging include Regional General Manager for Canada and Lakeville's Sales and Operations Director, as well as Senior Director of Engineering, where responsibilities included managing an engineering team to develop strategic plans and oversee capital expenditures. Pascavis began career development at Menasha Corporation as a Complex Production Manager from August 2007 to January 2014. Educationally, Pascavis holds a Bachelor of Science in Industry of Technology - Packaging from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, completed in 1988.
