Kimberly Howard

Kimberly Howard has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kimberly worked at Menasha Packaging from 2012 onwards, holding various roles such as Senior Director of Sales Execution, Director of Sales Execution, Sales Strategy Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Project Manager Team Lead, Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Customer Solutions Specialist. Prior to that, they served as the Communications Director at Rivervalley Church from 2011 to 2013, where they managed communication materials, website, and social media outputs, and facilitated monthly training for volunteers. Kimberly also gained experience in restaurant management and training as a New Restaurant Opener, Manager in Development, and Lead Trainer at Red Robin from 2006 to 2012, where they led training teams, facilitated new hire integration, and supported new restaurant openings across the country.

Kimberly Howard received their Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
