Michelle Zimmer-Maertz

Michelle Zimmer-Maertz has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Michelle began their career as an HR Intern at Miller Electric Mfg. Co. in 2008. Michelle then worked as an HR Coordinator at Alcan Packaging in 2009 and as a Human Resources Supervisor at Bemis Company, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Michelle joined Menasha Packaging in 2013, where they held various roles including Senior HR/EHS Representative, HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager - Operations, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong skills in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy deployment.

Michelle Zimmer-Maertz obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
