Mike Bruce

Mike Bruce has over 30 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Mike currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Menasha Packaging since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Pearce Wellwood Inc as the Manufacturing Manager from March 2011 to March 2023. Before that, Mike worked at Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, first as a Maintenance Manager from September 2010 to February 2011, and then as a Regional Engineer from April 2010 to August 2010. Mike also served as the Regional Manufacturing Manager in the same company from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Mike worked at Smurfit-MBI Image Pac as a Production Manager from October 2003 to March 2007. Mike started their career at Norampac in 1988, where they held various roles including Plant Manager Art and Die Division from January 1997 to September 2003, Quality Manager from January 1993 to December 1996, and Manager of Environment and Testing Services from June 1988 to December 1992. Mike's early experience includes working as a Process Engineer at Abitibi-Price from June 1984 to August 1986.

Mike Bruce completed their MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of Waterloo from 1979 to 1984.
