Timothy Rice has over two decades of experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Continuous Improvement at Menasha Packaging since September 2014, Timothy has also held roles including Regional Customer Continuous Improvement Manager, Regional Lean Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager/Lean Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at Mid-States Aluminum Corp., where Timothy was Lean Six Sigma Deployment Champion and Manufacturing Engineer, as well as military service in the Air National Guard and United States Air Force as a Fuels Specialist. Additionally, Timothy held the role of Lead Operations Supervisor at UPS. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
