Caitlin Horner

Caitlin Horner is currently the Development Manager at Mencap, where they develop projects and programmes aligned with the organization's strategy. Previously, Caitlin worked as a Transformation Project Manager and Young Person Programme Manager at Mencap, managing national youth and community projects and overseeing the implementation of a five-year strategic plan. Their earlier experience includes roles as an Outreach Practitioner at Burgess Autistic Trust and Associate Manager for the HeadStart Programme at The Challenge, where they sourced volunteering opportunities and managed partnerships with corporate entities. Caitlin's career began in freelance theatre facilitation and youth work while attending The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, where they earned a BA Hons in Drama, Applied Theatre, and Education.
