Meena R. Mansharamani

Meena R. Mansharamani is an accomplished business leader and strategist with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector and consumer packaged goods industry. As the President and Founder of Intend Growth, LLC since February 2014, Meena partners with leadership teams to enhance growth and impact within their businesses. Meena's role as a Board Member and Head of the Nominating Committee at Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation involves fundraising for pediatric cancer research. Additional advisory and leadership roles include strategic advising at MEND and previously serving on the boards of Bare Snacks and Maya Kaimal Fine Indian Foods, as well as holding the CEO position at Maya Kaimal Fine Indian Foods. Prior to these roles, Meena had a successful tenure at Materne North America, PepsiCo, and A.T. Kearney. Meena holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Marketing from The Wharton School and a combined MA/BA in Biology from Harvard University.
