Jack is a Development Operations Engineer with 2.5 years of experience in health-tech companies with a focus on rare diseases. He graduated from the University of the West of England with a degree in Software Engineering for Business. He worked to support the development of a decision engine on behalf of NHS Digital & Genomics England. The project utilized data from the 100,000 Genomes Project, an initiative to sequence the genomes of NHS patients with a rare disease and their families to provide faster and more accurate diagnoses. He is now working to maintain and improve technical infrastructure and cloud security at Mendelian.
