Izabela Madej is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mendix since December 2023, previously serving as a Recruiting Coordinator at Roku Inc. from September 2021 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator with Alexander Mann Solutions and Thermo Fisher Scientific, respectively, as well as an RPOS Intern. Izabela holds a Licencjat degree in Business & Languages with a focus on International Business from Sopocka Szkoła Wyższa (2016-2019) and a Licencjat degree in English Philology with an emphasis on The Art of Translating/Interpreting from Akademia Ateneum w Gdańsku (2013-2016).
