Dubra Castineiras is a seasoned Creative Director with extensive experience in multicultural outreach and brand strategy, currently employed at Mendoza Group, Inc. since May 2019, where responsibilities include planning and developing innovative strategies for diverse clients such as Independence Blue Cross and the PA Department of Human Services. Prior to this, Dubra worked as a freelance Creative & Copywriter and held positions at Momentum Worldwide, where creative leadership encompassed national and international experiential marketing campaigns, and Universal McCann, focusing on unconventional media strategies. Educational credentials include a PCM® in Content Marketing from Grand Valley State University, participation in the 4'As Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies, and a Bachelor's in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Navarra.
