Tony Murphy

Tony Murphy serves as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Newfold Digital since October 2024. In addition to this role, Tony holds positions as an Adjunct Lecturer at Bentley University, focusing on Data and Information Management, and as a Limited Partner and Investor at Mendoza Ventures, which invests in early-stage AI, Fintech, and Cybersecurity companies. Tony is also a Board Member and Technology Committee Chair at Catholic Purchasing Services. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer at Desktop Metal, and holding various leadership positions in information technology and security at Newport LLC, Progress, Stratus Technologies, and Acme Packet. Tony's educational background includes advanced studies at prestigious institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, and Babson College, culminating in an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a degree in Computer Science. Additionally, Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from Maynooth University.
