Niklas Hamlin

Niklas Hamlin is currently serving as a Strategic Buyer for the Dairy, Cheese, and Eggs category at Menigo Foodservice AB since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Purchasing Manager at Coop Sverige from September 2017 to August 2023, managing various product categories such as Poultry, Meat, and Ice Cream, along with responsibilities in assortment management, product development, and project implementation. Earlier positions at Coop Sverige involved roles as Category and Purchasing Responsible for Meat as well as other food categories. Niklas began a culinary career in the restaurant industry from 2001 to December 2016, holding positions including Cook, Sous Chef, and Head Chef at several establishments. Niklas holds a degree in Strategic Purchasing from FEI Företagsekonomiska Institutet, awarded in 2018.
