Niklas Lindblad

Niklas Lindblad is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on foodservice and product development. Since March 2014, Niklas has served as Category Manager for Frozen Produce and Ready Meals at Menigo Foodservice AB. Prior roles include New Product Developer and Chef at Nibble Lantbruk AB from March 2013 to February 2014, and Chef positions at Gubbhyllan and Nobis AB between 2010 and 2013. Niklas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Culinary Arts and Meal Science from Örebro University, completed in 2010, along with prior studies at Lund University from 2002 to 2004.
