Ken Salazar

Ken Salazar is currently a Building Operator at Menkes Developments Ltd., where Ken operates a Class AAA office and retail portfolio in Downtown Toronto. Ken is responsible for maintaining and ensuring maximum efficiency of equipment, operating life safety equipment, monitoring fire panel using Chubb Edwards EST3, testing emergency generators, operating renewable energy systems, and monitoring building automation using Honeywell. In the past, Ken has worked as a Building Operator at Fengate Asset Management and TO Live, as well as an Automotive Technician at Active Green + Ross Complete Tire & Auto Center. Ken holds a degree in SMT Building Operation from BOMI, and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Our Lady of Fatima University.
