Menkus & Associates is a senior strategic advisory practice based in London. We work with executive teams and boards in businesses with a broader purpose, for example, regulated utilities, infrastructure bodies, law firms, and professional institutions. These are organisations that must perform commercially while operating under public scrutiny, complex governance, and competing stakeholder interests. Conventional strategy consulting isn’t built for that combination.
We help senior leaders get clear on where they are going, committed to how to get there, and effective at making it happen. The result is faster alignment, better decisions under pressure, and boards that function as genuine strategic assets.
Our clients work directly with Belden Menkus — not a team of analysts. Most have worked with us for years, some across multiple organisations as they move through their careers.
The Purposeful Strategist, our weekly podcast, brings together CEOs and senior leaders to explore how purpose and strategy connect in practice. 170+ episodes, available on all major platforms.
Strategic clarity for leaders of businesses with a public remit — where the governance is complex, the scrutiny is high, and the answers aren’t obvious.
