Devin C.

Devin C. serves as the Dean of Student Affairs at Menlo College, leading transformative initiatives that enhance student engagement, retention, and well-being through innovative programs focused on leadership development and mental health support. Previously, Devin held various leadership positions at Mills College, including Director of Housing & Residential Life and Director of the Center for Student Leadership, Equity & Excellence, where responsibilities included overseeing housing services, managing student engagement programs, and promoting inclusion across the campus community. Experience also includes roles at Young Harris College as Residence Life Coordinator and at the University of West Georgia as a Graduate Assistant, where Devin developed culturally competent leadership among underrepresented groups. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Professional Counseling and College Student Affairs from the University of West Georgia and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.
