Elijah Valdeolivar

Elijah Valdeolivar is an experienced professional in career services, nonprofit leadership, and educational support. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Career Services & Employer Relations at Menlo College, Elijah leads recruiting events to enhance employer partnerships and student opportunities, aligning initiatives with DEI goals. Previous roles include Program Manager at the San José Public Library Foundation, where a national pilot program for undocumented students was developed, and a Fellow at Silicon Valley Next, focusing on leadership in the nonprofit sector. Elijah has also held key roles at PIVOTAL, advancing career internships and J.E.D.I initiatives, and has extensive experience in education and counseling, having worked with youth in various capacities. Elijah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San José State University.
