Rich Russo

Rich Russo serves as the Public Speaking Center Director and Adjunct Professor of Public Speaking at Menlo College, where responsibilities include teaching courses, designing learning strategies, and evaluating course outcomes. Additionally, Rich is the Founder and Speaker at The Elephant In The Room, focusing on diversity training. Past experience includes roles as a Bias and Sensitivity Content Reviewer for Cognia, Director and Speaker at the San Francisco LGBTQ Speakers Bureau, and Manager of the Speaker & Training Department at Challenge Day. Rich holds a Master of Communication from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Special Studies in Secondary Education and Speech & Theatre from Cornell College.
