Charlotte Eyre

Charlotte Eyre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and production support. Currently serving as the Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Menlo Security Inc. since August 2023, Charlotte previously held various roles at HSBC from September 2007 to June 2023, including Global Product Owner and Function Lead for Puppet and Global Product Owner and Team Lead for Linux Automation. At HSBC, Charlotte managed a multi-geographical Dev Ops function and led initiatives to automate processes that improved efficiency and reduced costs. Charlotte also served as an escalation point for global Production Support as the EMEA Duty Manager for Unix/Windows systems and worked as a Technical Analyst specializing in Linux performance.
