Lionel Litty

Lionel Litty is a seasoned security expert with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Chief Security Architect at Menlo Security Inc. since February 2014. With a focus on combating advanced malware, Lionel has played a pivotal role in developing isolation strategies to enhance endpoint security. Prior to this, Lionel co-founded Hillview Technologies Inc. as a Software Engineer, contributing as the lead software architect and security expert. Experience at VMware includes senior roles in data security architecture and endpoint security. Early career contributions involved research work at the University of Toronto while pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, along with an internship at Sendo focused on validation and intranet tool development. Lionel holds a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, as well as an MEng in Telecommunications from Télécom Paris.
