Tim Olson

Tim Olson has extensive experience in engineering leadership across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as VP Engineering at Menlo Security Inc. since September 2018, Tim Olson is focused on eradicating malware threats through innovative web, email, and file access solutions. Prior to this, Tim Olson held the VP Engineering position at Mitel, leading R&D efforts for cloud-based communication applications, and at ShoreTel, overseeing the development of Mobility products. As a founder and CTO of Agito Networks, which was acquired by ShoreTel, Tim Olson managed engineering, QA, and operations. Tim Olson's earlier career includes significant roles at Cisco Systems and its acquisition JetCell, along with engineering positions at Spectrum Wireless and Ventritex. Tim Olson graduated with a BS in Computer Engineering from California State University, Chico.
