Beth Steinberg

Beth Steinberg is an accomplished advisor and founder with extensive experience in people and talent development. Currently serving as an advisor at X, the moonshot factory, Contra, and PeopleTech Partners, and a member of the finance committee for Harris for President, Steinberg also holds board positions at Borderless AI and Seekeasy, where Seekeasy specializes in creating recommendation engines for digital media. As the founder of Mensch Ventures, established in 2016, Steinberg focuses on assisting companies with scaling, organizational development, and enhancing workplace culture. Additional roles include participation on the CXO Advisory Board at Menlo Ventures, council membership at CNBC Workforce Executive Council, and advisory work on talent and people operations at Felicis Ventures. Steinberg holds a BA in Psychology from San José State University, has completed graduate work in Clinical Psychology, and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University.
