Stephan Kamps

Stephan Kamps is an experienced executive in operations and product management, currently serving as Geschäftsführer at MENNEKES since August 2024, overseeing the Industry business unit with full P&L responsibility. Previously, Kamps held the position of Vice President Operations Excellence at NORMA Group from January 2016 to July 2024, where responsibilities included the global definition and implementation of manufacturing standards and driving productivity improvements across 26 facilities. Earlier roles at NORMA Group included Global Product Management Director, managing significant P&L responsibilities and leading over 350 employees. Kamps also held various leadership positions at HELLA, driving innovative product development and achieving consistent sales growth, as well as working at Witzenmann GmbH to enhance production efficiency. Academic qualifications include an Executive Program in General Management from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and degrees in Technical Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from FH Münster.
