Smitha Varghese

Smitha Varghese has several years of work experience in the healthcare field. Smitha began their career as a Registered Nurse in various acute care hospitals from 2002 to 2011. Smitha then worked as a Registered Nurse at Northwood in 2012 before moving to Retirement Concepts, where they continued their role as a Registered Nurse until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Smitha worked as a Registered Nurse at Fraser Health Authority. In 2019, they joined Menno Place as a Manager of Care, and in 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director of Care and Quality Improvement Lead.
