Jerrel Kruschke P.e.

Jerrel Kruschke P.E. is an accomplished Public Works leader with extensive experience within the City of Milwaukee, currently serving as the Commissioner of Public Works since June 2007. Jerrel oversees the Department of Public Works (DPW), managing various crucial roles including City Engineer, DPW Coordination Manager, Street Services Manager - Transportation, and Structural Design Manager. With a proven record of innovative and energetic leadership, Jerrel has played a key role in the planning, design, and development of major infrastructure projects in Milwaukee. Jerrel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Menomonee Valley Partners since October 2022.
