As a dedicated health coach specialising in menopause management, my mission is to empower women to reclaim their vitality, confidence, and well-being during this transformative stage of life. Menopause is a significant life transition, often bringing physical and emotional challenges that can lead to feelings of desperation, frustration, and a loss of joy.

I recognise the uniqueness of each woman’s experience and use a holistic approach combining personalised nutrition, tailored exercise routines, and informed advice on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to alleviate discomfort, boost energy, and restore balance.

Nutrition:
Essential for managing hot flashes, weight gain, and mood swings.

Exercise:
Vital for maintaining a healthy weight, strengthening bones, and improving overall well-being.

HRT Guidance:
Offering evidence-based advice for informed, personalised decisions on HRT.

Emotional and Psychological Support:
Menopause often leads to emotional and psychological stress, compounded by societal stigma. I create a safe, compassionate space where women can discuss their experiences and challenges.

Building Resilience:
Through one-on-one coaching and group sessions, I help women build resilience, develop coping strategies, and foster a positive mindset.

Professional Support:
I extend support to women in their professional lives, recognising that menopause can affect productivity, concentration, and job performance, often exacerbated by workplace stigma.

Corporate Workshops:

Educational Workshops:
I offer workshops to educate businesses on the impact of menopause in the workplace.

Inclusive Practices:
Workshops help employers implement best practices, fostering an inclusive environment that retains valuable employees, reduces absenteeism, and enhances workplace morale.

Practical Strategies:
Supportive Work Environment: Workshops cover topics like flexible working hours, access to wellness programs, and fostering a menopause-friendly culture.
