Anabelle Locsin serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Menorah Manor since April 2005, overseeing nursing service operations for a 180-bed skilled nursing facility specializing in dementia/alzheimer's care, palliative care, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation. Responsibilities include the development of nursing-related policies and procedures, budget planning and implementation, and departmental quality improvement initiatives. Previously, Anabelle held the position of Director of Nursing at Palm Garden of Largo from June 1997 to April 2005, managing nursing department operations, budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement for a 140-bed skilled nursing facility. Anabelle holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Administration and Nursing and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Nursing with a focus on Maternal and Child Health Nursing, both from Silliman University.
