Kiran D Kumar, MRICS

Kiran D Kumar, MRICS, has extensive work experience in facility and workplace management. Kiran most recently served as the Head of Workplace Services & Expansions at Mensa Brands since 2022. Prior to this, Kiran held the role of AVP - Administration at Unacademy from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for managing office facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, security, travel management, procurement, logistics, asset management, and more.

Before joining Unacademy, Kiran worked as the Associate Director, India Facilities - REW at cure.fit (cult.fit) from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they managed India office facilities and centers, including team management, vendor management, procurement, and employee management.

From 2015 to 2019, Kiran was the Head of Workplace Services (Lifestyle International) at Landmark Group, where they oversaw support functions across India in workplace services management, including infrastructure and facilities, manpower management, travel operations, security operations, telecommunications, and more.

Kiran began their career as a Senior Sales Executive at United Airlines from 1994 to 1998.
