Adi Drotleff

Adi Drotleff (born 1953) completed his computer science studies at the Technical University of Munich in 1979 and stayed for a short time as an assistant in the field of computer architecture at the Institute for Computer Science before he co-founded a small software development company in 1981 and thus gained initial experience as an entrepreneur.

In 1984 he founded Mensch und Maschine GmbH as the sole shareholder and since then has led it to its current position as a listed software group with a good 1,000 employees at around 75 locations in 22 countries worldwide.
