Currently at Mensura since November 2022, Danique oversees payroll for 700 employees, utilizing tools such as SAP SuccesFactors and Kronos. Prior experience includes a role at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, handling payroll for 500 employees and addressing social-legal inquiries. Danique also worked as a Consultant in Process & Project Management at SD Worx, optimizing HR processes and supporting clients with payroll operations. Danique's professional journey began at SD Worx as a Payroll Consultant, focusing on large enterprises and providing legal advice. Danique holds a Master’s degree in Organization & Management from the University of Antwerp and a Bachelor’s degree in KMO-management from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool.
