Heidi Henkens has extensive experience in psychosocial risk prevention, currently serving as a Preventieadviseur psychosociale aspecten at Mensura since September 2004, where responsibilities include addressing issues like stress, burnout, bullying, violence, and unwanted sexual behavior in the workplace. Additionally, Heidi holds leadership roles as teamleader for a multidisciplinary risk management team and for psycho work in Limburg. Prior experience includes a role as a scientific collaborator at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and work with the provinciale jeugddienst in Limburg. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Pedagogical Sciences with a focus on Social Pedagogy from KU Leuven, alongside various specialized training programs in psychosocial aspects and human resource development.
