Luis Montes

Luis Montes is the Chief Services Officer, North County at Mental Health America of Los Angeles. Luis has been with the organization since 1999 and has held various positions within the company. Prior to their current role, they were the Personal Services Coordinator at the Mental Health Association of Orange County.
