Phil Cromer

Phil Cromer, Ph.D. is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Clinical Officer at Mental Health Association in Indian River County. Previously, Phil served as a Licensed Psychologist/Owner at Cromer and Cairns Dental. Additionally, Phil was an Adjunct Professor of Abnormal Psychology at Indian River State College and Director of the Counseling Center at Florida Atlantic University's MacArthur Campus. Dr. Cromer earned their Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from West Virginia University.
