Heidi Rochon

Heidi Rochon has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Heidi'smost recent role was as the Chief Program Officer at the Mental Health Association of Maryland since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Education and Training at the same organization from December 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining the Mental Health Association of Maryland, Heidi served as the Director of Parent Action Network at Smart Approaches to Marijuana (SAM) from April 2022 to November 2022. Heidi'srole involved advocating for the consideration of the harms of marijuana legalization on families' mental and physical health.

From July 2020 to April 2022, Heidi held the position of Director of Strategy, Implementation, and Workforce Development at the Maryland Coalition of Families (MCF). Heidi was responsible for advancing family support services and managing relationships with partners. Prior to that, they served as the Program Director at MCF from March 2014 to July 2020, where they oversaw the provision of family support services.

Heidi also worked as the Regional Director at MCF from September 2001 to April 2014, where they developed family support throughout the Eastern Shore.

Prior to their work at MCF, Heidi was the Office Manager at Talbot Family Network from August 1998 to September 2001, providing administrative support and oversight to the organization.

Heidi'sfirst professional role was at SERVPRO, where they started as a secretary in September 1988 and eventually became the General Manager and owner. Heidi was responsible for all aspects of the franchise's operations, including HR, finance, marketing, and customer service, for 6 of the 11 years they spent there.

Heidi Rochon attended Colonel Richardson High School from 1985 to 1988. Heidi obtained a Certification as a Certified Parent Support Partner from the Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health in 2012.
