Rebecca Beaudette

Rebecca Beaudette is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Mental Health Association of Nassau County since May 2023, Rebecca previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at MHW, Ltd. from January 2010 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing all HR functions and initiatives for over 160 employees. Under Rebecca's leadership, MHW, Ltd. was recognized with the Newsday Long Island Top Workplaces Award in 2017 and was voted Top Employee-Retention by Force Brands in 2021. Earlier in Rebecca's career, Rebecca worked as a Guidance Counselor at Nyack Middle School, Grace Dodge Vocational High School, and A.E. Stevenson High School. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from The College of New Rochelle and a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University at Albany.
