Jessica Giordano

Jessica Giordano has extensive experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling, currently serving as a Crisis Counselor at the Mental Health Association of NYC since March 2015. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at The Resource Counseling Center, where responsibilities included conducting therapy in both Spanish and English, developing treatment plans, and connecting clients to additional services. Jessica's experience also encompasses a Mental Health Internship at Kings County Hospital Center, where support was provided to clients with co-occurring disorders, as well as various educational roles with youth programs at the Center for Family Life and Sunset Park BID. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish from Brooklyn College.
