Ema Dias has extensive experience in the mental health sector, currently serving as a Community Educator and Crisis Counselor at the Mental Health Association since January 2021. Prior to this role, Ema held the position of Case Manager at Adoption House - CarePlus NJ from July 2018 to May 2022 and completed a Counseling and Art Therapy Graduate Internship at Newark Beth Israel Behavioral Health between January 2020 and May 2021. Additionally, Ema was an Assistant Advocacy Specialist at Care Plus New Jersey from August 2017 to July 2020. Educationally, Ema holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Caldwell University (2018-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Fine Art from Fairleigh Dickinson University (2014-2018), along with experience studying at Università degli Studi di Bergamo in 2016.
