Scott Poulton

Scott Poulton is an experienced professional in the field of mental health and project management, currently serving as a Co-Responder at WellPower since June 2021 and as a Clinical Case Manager at the Mental Health Center of Denver since September 2014. With comprehensive expertise in managing high-intensity outpatient cases, Scott excels in facilitating client access to medical and financial resources, implementing crisis management strategies, and training incoming case managers. Prior to this, Scott held various roles in account and project management at Towne Park for nearly a decade, where significant achievements included improving service revenue and reducing claims. Scott's foundational education includes a Master's degree in Social Work from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Ball State University.
