Allison Cowan

Allison Cowan, currently serving as the Vice President, External Affairs and Development (interim) at the Mental Health Commission of Canada, previously held various positions at The Conference Board of Canada from 2000 to 2021, such as Director of Human Capital Research and Associate Director of Compensation Research Centre. In addition, Allison also worked as a Research Coordinator at RBC Dominion Securities in 1998-1999. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph.
