Julia Armstrong

Julia Armstrong is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health, currently serving as a Manager at the Mental Health Commission of Canada since August 2019. Prior to this role, Julia held the position of Project Coordinator at Frayme, where efforts focused on integrating youth care through an international network. Julia’s experience also includes working as a Project Coordinator and Research Assistant at the Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health, and providing support as a Counsellor for various organizations such as Brighter Futures for Children of Young Parents and St. Mary's Home. Julia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology from Carleton University, a Certificate in Infant Mental Health from York University, and ongoing studies toward a Master of Arts in Leadership at the University of Guelph.
