Maarika Arget is an experienced professional in workplace well-being and mental health training. As a Certified Instructor for Mental Health First Aid Training at the Mental Health Commission of Canada since September 2022, Maarika facilitates training aimed at assisting individuals with mental health problems and crises. Currently serving as a Senior Workplace Well-being Consultant at Manulife since June 2018, Maarika previously worked at Tri Fit Inc. in various roles focused on corporate health promotion and wellness from January 2008 to June 2018. Maarika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology from Western University.
