Tina Thaxton has a diverse range of work experience across various roles and companies. Tina started their career in 1998 at Bank of America as a Teller II. From there, they worked at Kroll Background America, Inc. in multiple roles including Database Researcher, Service Desk Supervisor, and Software Engineer from 2002 to 2013.
In 2013, Tina joined HireRight as a Business Intelligence Engineer until 2017. During this time, they gained experience in business intelligence and data analysis.
Following their role at HireRight, Tina worked at PatientFocus as a Business Intelligence Developer from 2017 to 2020. Here, they played a key role in a migration initiative and was responsible for creating database and schema objects, resolving performance issues, and maintaining SSRS reports.
In 2020, Tina joined Onora Group as a Business Analyst until 2021, where they focused on business analysis and project management. Finally, in the same year, they joined Mental Health Cooperative as a Business Intelligence Developer, where they are currently employed.
Tina Thaxton studied at Tennessee State University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Services. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Information Systems from Tennessee State University. Prior to their college education, Tina graduated from Jo Byrns High School in 1997, receiving their High School Diploma. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification in ITIL from EXIN in April 2008.
