Emily Coughlin

Emily Coughlin, MPS, LPCC, is an experienced psychotherapist currently working at Mental Health Counseling Services since September 2024. Previously, Emily held psychotherapist positions at LynLake Centers for WellBeing and Lakeshore Family Therapy, LLC, providing psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and couples through both in-person and telehealth sessions. Prior experience includes roles as a Co-Occurring Counselor at NUWAY, a Mental Health Practitioner at the Associated Clinic of Psychology, and various internships focused on mental health and substance abuse counseling. Emily holds a Master's Degree in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and French from Beloit College, along with a study abroad experience in International Politics at Université Rennes 2.
