Laura Earnshaw

Laura Earnshaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. As the Founder and CEO of myHappymind since April 2016, Laura has led the creation of an innovative technology-driven curriculum designed to foster resilience and happiness in children. Additionally, as a NIA Fellow at NHS Innovation Accelerator and a Trustee at the Mental Health Foundation, Laura contributes to important initiatives in healthcare and mental well-being. Previous roles include Global Head of Talent and Diversity at AstraZeneca, Head of Talent and Development at PwC Australia, and Manager in Human Performance Consulting at Accenture. Laura Earnshaw holds a BSc in Business Management with First Class Honours from King's College London.
