Natalie Frend

Natalie Frend is an HR professional with significant experience in various roles within human resources and education. Currently serving as an HR Advisor at the Mental Health Foundation since June 2021, previous positions include HR Manager and Data Analyst at Sutton College from September 2014 to June 2021, and owner of Badajoz English while also working as an EFL Instructor from June 2012 to June 2014. Earlier roles include EFL teacher at Caledonia & Oxford School of English, family support worker for a charity, and administrator at St. Vincent's Family Project. Natalie holds CIPD qualifications in Human Resources Management and possesses a CELTA for teaching English, as well as a degree in Joint Honours Spanish and French from the University of Exeter.
