Natalie Sadler

Natalie Sadler is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in media and public relations, currently serving as the Communication and Media Manager at the Mental Health Foundation since November 2020. Previously, Natalie held roles at the Alzheimer's Society as a Media Officer and at the Child Poverty Action Group UK as an Interim Press and Parliamentary Officer. Additional experience includes positions as a Press Officer at Cafcass and Sustrans, as well as a Senior Media Officer at Age UK, focusing on health, housing, and community campaigns. Natalie has also worked as a PR & Communications Manager at TENOVUS and as a Media Officer for the Royal College of Nursing. Early career roles include Communications Coordinator for Welsh Women's Aid and Communications Officer for the Welsh Government. Natalie holds a BA Honours degree in Communication from Cardiff University, completed in 2004.
