Dr. Racquel Assaye

Dr. Racquel Assaye, DBA, MSc has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Dr. Racquel is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Mental Health Partnerships MHPHOPE since March 2021. Previously, they held various positions at Mazzoni Center, including Interim Chief Executive Officer/Interim Leader from December 2018 to February 2021, Chief Financial Officer from November 2014 to February 2021, and Senior Accountant from October 2009 to November 2014. Dr. Assaye was also an Auditor II at Deloitte & Touche from October 1995 to September 1998. Throughout their career, they have been instrumental in financial planning, team management, and implementing effective processes to support organizational goals.

Dr. Racquel Assaye, DBA, MSc, has a strong educational background in business administration, accounting, and business education. Dr. Racquel earned their Doctorate of Business Administration from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science in Accounting at Drexel University. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Business Education, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Andrews University. Additionally, Dr. Assaye holds certifications in social behavioral research, including in areas like health information privacy and security.
